Wines
Our philosophy is to showcase the varietals That
Washington and Oregon do best – Sauvignon Blanc,
Semillon, Riesling, pinot gris, Pinot Noir,
Syrah, merlot and Cabernet sauvignon. We also
feature examples of these varietals from around
the world for comparison, discussion and pure
enjoyment. In each category, you will see “New
World” and “Old World” titles. New World wines
tend to be a bit fruitier and generally more
full bodied than their Old World cousins. Old
World wines show more earth flavors and are
sometimes a bit more restrained and elegant.
Many of these wines may be unfamiliar, but don’t
be afraid to try something new! Like everything
we do, we seek to offer the best and we truly
feel these are some of the finest wines in the
world.

The wine producers of our reserve list are
committed to excellence and quality. These are
the finest wines from the greatest vintages.
Sourced from some of the most prestigious wine
collections in the United States and Europe,
these wines have impeccable provenance and have
been shipped temperature controlled and stored
at 58 degrees in our cellar.
